It is our God given belief that relationship releases ministry. It can be accomplished in three ways in which we encourage all attendees to do. 

1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ. 

The majority of a believer's relationship with Jesus Christ will happen outside the four walls of the church building. Everyone is asked to spend time with Him in the Word and prayer as a way of life. A Christian must self-feed instead of the only spiritual meal be a service the church provides to be healthy. 

2. A personal relationship with believers. 

The majority of a believer's relationship with other Christians has to happen outside the church building. Everyone is asked to take the time to build deep relationships with members of the church, other churches, and other ministries. 

3. A personal relationship with the lost. 

Jesus said to go into all the world instead of the world come to us. We have to go to harvest! There will not be many salvations or witnessing just waiting for the lost to come in the doors of the church. We must go into the highways and by-ways. People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.
